
Iced Coffee Recipes
Caramel Mocha Iced Coffee
1 cup Caramel Creme Coffee
6 cups Water
1/2 cups sugar OR 1/3 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 T Lake Champlain Organic Hot Chocolate
8 Cups Snowville Creamery Whole Milk
Brew 1 cup of Caramel Creme Silver Bridge Coffee with 6 cups of water in your brewer. While the Coffee is still hot, dissolve the sugar or sweeneted Condensed Milk and the 2T of Hot chocolate Powder. Use a wire whisk to get them well blended. Add the whole Milk and chill. Serve over ice.
Keurig Iced Coffee
In a glass mixing bowl add 2-3 tbsp Salted Caramel Syrup
Add ½ cup whole milk or chocolate milk
Add Single Serve Kup to your Keurig-style brewer. Choose 6 oz brew and “strong” option
Brew into milk and syrup mixture
Stir to combine
Fill a 16 oz tumbler half full of ice and pour the mixture over the ice
Top with whip cream and drizzle with caramel
Cold Brew Coffee
1 cup ground coffee
4 cups filtered water
Combine in a French Press and gently stir the grounds in the water
Place the French Press plunger on the top or cover with clear plastic and place in the refrigerator overnight
Carefully press down on the plunger to push the grounds to the bottom
Dilute the concentrate 1:2 for black cold brew or use in other coffee drink recipes
Iced Vanilla Latte
Fill a 16 oz tumbler with ice
Add 2 ½ tbsp of Vanilla Syrup
Add 1/3 cup cold brew concentrate (see Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate recipe)
Add 1 cup whole milk
Stir to combine
Jamaican Me Crazy Iced Coffee
6 cups water
1 cup ground Jamaican Me Crazy Coffee
Brew the coffee as you normally would
While the coffee is warm dissolve 1/2 cup sugar or 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
Cool and then add 8 cups of Whole Milk
Dark Chocolate Cherry Iced Coffee
6 cups water
1 cup Dark Chocolate Cherry Coffee
1/2 cup sugar or for a richer coffee 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
8 cups whole Milk
Brew the coffee as you normally would. While the coffee is hot dissolve the sugar or condensed milk. Cool and then add the whole milk. Enjoy over ice!
